Programs, Activities & Services. The Boys & Girls Clubs of NWTN Humboldt Club follows a model for success day in and day out.
Research shows that children who have an optimal experience at our club are also more likely to have positive self-esteem, volunteer and be more engaged in school and learning. Our club focus on helping young people to discover, develop and achieve their best potential as they grow to become future adults, citizens, and leaders, by engaging them in activities that challenge and help them to develop healthy minds and bodies. |
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The after school program is one of the primary ways we serve the children of our community (and their families). Even though the children spend the bulk of their day at school, we make the most of the hours we have with each and every one of them.
Club children participate in the after school program for a variety of reasons. Whether they need to focus on academic progress, need to develop and maintain good character or simply need a safe place a have fun after school, the Boys and Girls Club is designed to have a positive impact on various aspects of a child’s life. Registration is open. If you would like to enroll your loved one in the club, give us your email address in the form below and we will send you everything you need to register.

SUMMER CAMP
Work at the club does not end when the school year does. With the local children no longer spending their days at school there are more hours in the day for us to be pouring into the lives of the club members. That is where summer camp comes in. During the summers we have camp all day. We provide the children with a safe place to play and learn, meals and snacks to help them grow, and activities to both keep them entertained and teach them how to become team players.
